Luis is an experienced advocate, campaigner, organizer and mobilizer, with eight years of experience working in the field of social development programme planning, peacebuilding, advocacy, resource mobilization, strategic planning and social and behavioral change, with experience across 15 different countries and with different local and international organizations such as Fundación Váyalo, UNICEF and Peace Direct.

With most of his work being conducted on climate change policy and public participation he has extensive experience & recognition in policy development, analysis & institutional communication. With a multicultural & community driven focus, he positions inclusion and citizen engagement at the core of his work on a more sustainable future.
