Affiliate Programme Terms

Applicants must provide complete, accurate information and be legally able to participate where they live. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Echo Change may approve, decline, or request more information based on audience relevance, promotional methods, programme fit, legal requirements, and brand safety.

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when sharing an affiliate link. Promotions must be truthful, current, and appropriate for the intended audience.

You may not use spam, impersonation, misleading claims, fake urgency, cookie stuffing, unauthorised coupon listings, or paid advertising that bids on Echo Change names or trademarks without written permission. Never claim or imply that using your link guarantees selection, funding, a scholarship, a visa, travel support, admission, or any other outcome.

The default tracking window is 180 days. A referral must be recorded by the affiliate system, complete the applicable eligible action, and remain valid after any review, cancellation, refund, non-payment, or fraud checks.

The affiliate system’s recorded attribution is used to determine which account receives credit. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent activity, cookie stuffing, and referrals created through prohibited promotional methods do not qualify.

The default commission is 10% on eligible referrals. Rates may differ by campaign, product, programme, or affiliate tier when a different rate is shown in your account or agreed in writing.

Payouts are currently processed manually after referrals are reviewed and validated. You are responsible for keeping payout and tax information accurate. Transaction fees, tax withholding, minimum thresholds, and currency conversion may apply where stated or required by law.

Approval gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use affiliate links and promotional assets supplied by Echo Change for programme promotion. Do not alter logos, create look-alike websites or accounts, register confusing domain names, or suggest that you work for or formally represent Echo Change. Stop using an asset when it is withdrawn or replaced.

Keep your login secure and your profile, audience information, payment details, and promotional channels current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify Echo Change promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, an incorrect referral, or a conflict of interest.

Affiliate status does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to enter commitments for Echo Change.

You may leave the programme at any time by contacting Echo Change. Echo Change may suspend links, hold disputed payments, reverse ineligible referrals, or terminate participation when there is suspected fraud, misleading promotion, inactivity, reputational risk, legal risk, or a breach of these terms.

On termination, stop using affiliate links and Echo Change promotional assets. Validated amounts already due remain subject to the applicable payout and review rules.

Echo Change may update these terms, programme availability, rates, or campaign rules. Material changes will be published here or communicated through the affiliate account or email. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
