Terms and Conditions for the Generation Shift Forum Thailand 2026

01Eligibility

• Applicants must be aged 16–45 at the time of the summit.
• A valid passport is required to attend the event.

02Application and package fees

• A non-refundable application fee of USD 16.99 must be paid when submitting a Fully Funded or Partially Funded application.
• The confirmed Self-Funded package is USD 600.
• The confirmed Forum Access package is USD 400.

03Scholarship selection

• Selection for Fully Funded and Partially Funded scholarships is at the sole discretion of Echo Change’s review board.
• Applicants must demonstrate dedication, motivation, and alignment with the summit’s goals.

04Participation categories

• Applicants who are not selected for a scholarship may choose a Self-Funded package.
• Self-Funded participants receive the same summit-participation privileges as Fully Funded and Partially Funded attendees, subject to the inclusions of their package.

05Self-Funded and Forum Access refund policy

• Participants who have paid a discounted fee are not eligible for cash refunds or transfers.
• If you withdraw 30 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund of the remaining eligible Self-Funded or Forum Access fee as a voucher. The voucher may be used for any Echo Change conference within one year.
• If you withdraw 20 days before the event, you will receive a 30% refund of the remaining eligible fee as a voucher usable for any Echo Change conference within one year.
• If you withdraw fewer than 20 days before the event, no cash refund or voucher will be issued.
• No refund will be issued for non-attendance.

06Visa assistance

• Obtaining a visa, paying embassy fees, and completing the visa application are entirely the participant’s responsibility.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that their passports and other travel documents are valid and processed on time.

07Attendance commitment

• Participants must be available to attend the summit from 19–22 November 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
• No refund will be issued for non-attendance.

08Travel and accommodation

• Fully Funded participants will receive airfare, shared accommodation, and meals during summit hours.
• Partially Funded and Self-Funded participants are responsible for expenses not included in their respective packages.

09Code of conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour throughout the summit.
• Echo Change reserves the right to deny or end participation for anyone who violates the code of conduct.

10Use of personal data and media

• By submitting an application, you consent to Echo Change using your personal information for application processing and event communication.
• By participating in the Generation Shift Forum Thailand 2026, you give Echo Change permission to capture photographs and video or audio recordings of you during the event.
• These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes across social media, websites, print publications, and other public platforms.
• Your submitted headshot may be used in official participant announcements and promotional content on Echo Change’s social media channels and related platforms.
