Eligibility:
Applicants must be aged 16 and above at the time of the summit.
A valid passport is required to attend the event

Application Fee:
A non-refundable application fee of $16.50 must be paid upon submission

Scholarship Selection:
Selection for Fully Funded and Partially Funded scholarships is at the sole discretion of Echo Change’s review board.
Applicants must demonstrate dedication, motivation, and alignment with the summit’s goals in their application.

Self-Funded Participants:
Applicants not selected for scholarships can opt for the Self-Funded package to attend the summit.
Self-funded participants will enjoy the same privileges as Fully Funded and Partially Funded attendees.

Visa Assistance:
Echo Change will provide an official invitation letter to support the visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and processed on time.

Attendance Commitment:
Participants must be available to attend the summit from April 25-28, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Travel and Accommodation:
Fully Funded participants will have airfare, shared accommodation, and meals during the event.
Partially Funded and Self-Funded participants must cover expenses not included in their respective packages.

Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the summit.
Echo Change reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who violates the code of conduct.

Use of Personal Data:
By submitting the application, you consent to Echo Change using your personal information for application processing and event communication.

Media Consent:
By attending the event, you agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by Echo Change.

Liability:
Echo Change is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel or participation in the summit.

Changes to Terms:
Echo Change reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.
