Terms and Conditions for the Future Action Summit 2026

By submitting your application for the Future Action Summit Australia 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to comply with all the guidelines and requirements of the Future Action Summit 2026.
You understand that if selected for a scholarship, you may be required to submit additional documents for visa purposes.

Eligibility:
  • Applicants must be aged between 16 and 45 at the time of the summit.
  • A valid passport is required to attend the event.
Application Fee:
  • A non-refundable application fee of $19.99 must be paid upon submission.
Scholarship Selection:
  • Selection for Fully Funded and Partially Funded scholarships is at the sole discretion of Echo Change’s review board.
  • Applicants must demonstrate dedication, motivation, and alignment with the summit’s goals in their application.
Self-Funded Participants:
  • Applicants not selected for scholarships can opt for the Self-Funded package to attend the summit.
  • Self-funded participants will enjoy the same privileges as Fully Funded and Partially Funded attendees.
Self-Funded and Forum Access Refund Policy:
  • Participants who have paid the discounted fee are not eligible for cash refunds or transfers.
  • If you withdraw your application, the following refund policy will apply:
    • The invitation letter fee (USD 99.99) is non-refundable once the invitation letter has been issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. This fee is part of the total Self-Funded or Forum Access package.
    • For the remaining Self-Funded fee (excluding the USD 99.99 invitation letter):
      • If you withdraw 30 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund in the form of a voucher which can be used for any Echo Change conference within one year.
      • If you withdraw 20 days before the event: You will receive a 30% refund, issued as a voucher which can be used for any Echo Change conference within one year.
      • If you withdraw less than 20 days before the event: No refund (cash or voucher) will be issued.
Invitation Letter Refund Policy:
  • The invitation letter fee (USD 99.99) is strictly non-refundable in all cases, including if you do not upgrade your category or if your visa is not approved. If you choose to upgrade to a category later, the refund policy for that category will apply separately, as shared in our refund terms.
Visa Assistance:
  • Once you pay the USD 99.99 invitation letter fee, we will issue you an official invitation letter. After receiving the invitation letter, you may upgrade to any category of your choice (Self-Funded or Forum Access) by paying the remaining fee for that category.
  • Please note that obtaining the visa, paying embassy fees, and completing the visa application are entirely the responsibility of the participant. Echo Change does not manage or guarantee the visa process or outcome.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and submitted on time.
Attendance Commitment:
  • Participants must be available to attend the summit from April 23rd-26th, 2026, in Sydney, Australia.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
Travel and Accommodation:
  • Fully Funded participants will receive airfare, shared accommodation, and meals during official summit hours.
  • Partially Funded and Self-Funded participants are responsible for covering expenses not included in their respective packages.
Code of Conduct:
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the summit.
  • Echo Change reserves the right to revoke participation for anyone who violates the code of conduct.
Use of Personal Data:
  • By submitting your application, you consent to Echo Change using your personal information for application processing and summit-related communication.
Media Consent:
  • By attending the Future Action Summit Australia 2026, you grant Echo Change the right to photograph, film, and record you during the event.
  • These materials may be used for promotional purposes across social media, websites, print publications, and other platforms.
  • You also agree that the headshot photo submitted with your application may be used in official announcements and promotional content.
Liability:
  • Echo Change is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel or participation in the summit.
Changes to Terms:
  • Echo Change reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant updates.
  • By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
