Refund eligibility depends on whether your place is funded, partially funded, self-funded, discounted, or invitation-only.02

Refunds for conference registrations are issued in the form of credit vouchers only. These vouchers may be used for future Echo Change conferences or events, subject to the conditions below.Fully Funded or Partially Funded Participants
Registration fees for fully funded or partially funded participants are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.Self-Funded Participants
Participants who paid the full registration fee are eligible for cash refunds. Participants who paid a discounted registration fee are not eligible for cash refunds or transfers.
In place of a cash refund, eligible self-funded participants may request an Echo Change credit voucher when:- The entire registration fee was paid as a single payment, not in instalments.
- A written request is submitted at least 45 days before the first day of the conference.
2How to Request a Refund or Credit Voucher
- Email your request to info@echochange.org.
- Include your name, registration details, and reason for the request.
For refund requests, use the subject line “Refund Request – [Future Action Summit]” and include:- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation, if applicable
3Processing Timeline
- Credit vouchers: Issued within 15 business days of an approved request.
- Refunds, if applicable: Processed within 30 business days of approval.
Processing begins after a request has been reviewed and approved.4Non-Refundable Fees
Administrative fees, processing charges, or additional costs associated with your registration are non-refundable.5Echo Change Credit Voucher Terms
- Redemption period: Credit vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Non-transferable: Vouchers may only be used by the original recipient.
- No cash value: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Partial redemption: If the voucher value exceeds a conference registration cost, the remaining balance will be carried forward for future use.
- Usage limitation: Vouchers may only be used for conference registrations organized by Echo Change.
6Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
For force majeure events—including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or unforeseen circumstances—Echo Change reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.Fully Funded Delegate Travel Reimbursement
After completing the event, fully funded delegates who attended will receive a reimbursement form. Delegates must provide the requested details and bank information.
Reimbursements will be processed within 4–8 weeks after the completed form is received.7Changes to This Policy
Echo Change may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
