The Future Action Summit Malaysia 2025 is a premier four-day international leadership summit bringing together the most dynamic, forward-thinking young leaders, innovators, policymakers, and SDG advocates from across the globe. Set in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the summit serves as a global launchpad for youth-led action toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Organized by Echo Change, this transformative experience will immerse participants in a powerful journey of collaborative learning, policy-making simulations, cultural exchange, international networking, and high-impact workshops. It is more than just a conference, it is a movement to empower young changemakers to take charge of the world they are inheriting.

The Future Action Summit offers two categories of funding, Fully Funded and Partially Funded, to support participants in covering their event-related expenses. A nominal non-refundable application fee of $19.99 applies to fully and partially Funded applicants.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. All applications are thoroughly reviewed by an independent selection panel through a competitive and merit-based evaluation process.
The Future Action Summit will feature a dynamic mix of workshops, training, presentations, and panel discussions designed to empower youth to lead sustainable change. Participants will engage in interactive sessions on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), develop impactful project ideas, and collaborate across cultures to build innovative solutions for global challenges.
From expert-led discussions and hands-on strategy building to cultural exchanges and simulation activities, the summit offers a transformative platform for learning, networking, and action.
The summit welcomes participants aged 16-45 from all nationalities and backgrounds, including students, volunteers, recent graduates, and professionals, with no IELTS/TOEFL required, available from November 27th–30th, 2025.
A total of 150 slots are available: 10 Fully Funded, 20 Partially Funded, and 120 Self-Funded.
Fully Funded Scholarships: Cover all expenses, including airfare, 3 days of accommodation, meals during the summit hours, a Global SDGs Leadership Certification, an SDGs toolkit, an invitation letter for visa assistance, a participation certificate, and full access to the forum.
Partially Funded Scholarships: Cover 3 days of accommodation, meals during the summit hours, a Global SDGs Leadership Certification, an SDGs toolkit, an invitation letter for visa assistance, a participation certificate, and full access to the forum.
Self-Funded Packages: Participants opting for this category will need to purchase the self-funded package, which includes 3 days of accommodation, meals during the hours, a Global SDGs Leadership Certification, an SDGs toolkit, an invitation letter for visa assistance, a participation certificate, and full access to the forum. They will enjoy the same privileges as fully funded and partially funded participants.
Forum Access: Participants will enjoy meals during the summit hours and receive a Global SDGs Leadership Certification from a respected US-based organization. Additionally, an SDGs toolkit will be provided to enhance the learning experience, a participation certificate, and full access to the forum.
To apply for the Fully Funded or Partially Funded scholarships, you must complete the general application form. Our selection panel, comprising members of the Global Advisory Council from around the world, will review all applications and make final scholarship decisions through a transparent selection process. To increase your chances of being selected, ensure that your application demonstrates strong dedication and motivation.
Yes! If you're not selected for a scholarship, you can still attend the summit by purchasing either the Self-Funded Package or the Forum Access Package. You will enjoy the same privileges as all other participants.
The application fee is $19.99 for all packages, and it is non-refundable.
Echo Change will provide an invitation letter for the summit, which can assist you in the visa application process. While we can guide you through the visa processing, we do not guarantee visa approval.
We highly recommend that all participants have a valid passport at the time of the summit (November 27th - 30th, 2025). Without a valid passport, you will not be able to get the visa for the event.
