The Future Action Summit (FAS) Thailand 2025, held from 21st – 24th August 2025 in Bangkok, brought together 150 youth delegates from over 63 nationalities under the theme “Action Today for Sustainable Tomorrow.” Over four days, participants engaged in keynote sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and cultural exchanges, fostering collaboration and sharing ideas to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The summit served as a global platform where young leaders transformed their visions into actionable strategies for building a more sustainable future.
Day one set the stage with delegate arrivals, orientation, and interactive ice-breaking sessions, creating a spirit of collaboration from the start.
Day two focused on exploring and challenging the SDGs through powerful keynote addresses, fireside chats, and workshops on climate action, sustainable development, AI for inclusion, and decolonizing development. A reflective temple visit, hosted in collaboration with the IBHAP Foundation, provided a unique cultural and spiritual dimension to the day.
Day three emphasized skill-building and strategy, with sessions on Buddhism and SDGs, youth-led simulations, gender justice in business, resilience in crisis, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in the SDG Action Lab. The evening came alive with a vibrant Cultural Night, celebrating diversity through music, dance, and performances.
Day four marked the beginning of concrete action, featuring the Voices from 2030 Youth Panel, changemakers’ presentations, and a dynamic session on financing the future. The summit closed with certificate and award distribution, equipping delegates with SDG toolkits and networks to continue their impact globally.
Brought together 150 youth leaders from 40+ nationalities, creating a diverse platform for cross-cultural collaboration.
Delivered 10+ expert-led workshops and sessions, equipping participants with practical tools on SDGs, AI inclusion, sustainable finance, and peacebuilding.
Through the SDG Action Lab, youth co-designed project blueprints addressing climate change, gender equality, and education.
Over 150 changemakers presented ideas, pitched solutions, and engaged in policy simulations shaping SDG strategies.
Awarded 150 Global SDG Leadership Certificates and distributed SDG Action Toolkits.
